In addition to my diet post I have to tell you that eating to much fish can be bad for you. Mercury is the number one cause of that..so if you are eating fish make sure it’s farm raised. Otherwise you should only eat it about once a week. As for shrimp forget about it.
Begin the day with rolled oats, chia seeds, flax seed, plain yogurt, honey and soak it in almond milk for 15 min then eat. I have little snacks every few hours like fruit with cheese or a boiled egg. It’s good for your metabolism to continuously eat. I go to the gym and bike 6 miles if I’ve had a lazy day or won’t have time to do full cardio workouts. You have to couple weight training with fat burning in order to sustain a nice toned build. Dont forget that you should consume a high protein no later than 40min after your workout to replenish that muscle you want. Unfortunately for me my genetics don’t give me the body to build a full on 6 pack. Everyone’s body is different. Some carry their weight in their arms or butt or belly etc for me to have full on ripped abs I’d have to get rid of a lot of body fat that my body naturally stores. I don’t want or need that so I am content with what I have. For dinner I eat a lean protein like turkey or fish with vegetables. I try and make my heaviest meal in the middle of the day. It’s funny you say that. My good friend GL Wood shot her and sent me some of her images. I was inspired so I dyed it!
I did it all at home. 2 sessions of bleaching then toning with 20vol developer and wells t18 toner. I do a lot of DIY hair masks out of avacado, honey and olive oil. And try to avoid from washing it as much as I can. I deep condition every day though. Thank you for the kind words!
